Why this must be read: As far as deep, disturbing, dark fics go, this is one is my favorites. An A/U set after REV 6:8, Laura takes the Duncan MacLeod we know, shakes him up (Cassandra helps a bit) and gives him back to us in a new, darker form. Now, this doesn't mean Duncan is OOC, but he isn't the vanilla Duncan you usually see in most Duncan/Methos stories. In Laura Mason's Voice, he likes things a bit rougher and so does Methos.
