First, just a friendly reminder to reccers, present and future: please do not rec Works in Progress. An abandoned WiP that stands on its own (and I'm referring to a series rather than a single fic) is acceptable, though a warning of such would be appreciated. Anything where there is an expectation of the work being finished? Leaves us in the position of having to bookmark and follow up, which we cannot do with 35 fandoms to follow. I think the only place this has been communicated is on our user info page, so I apologize for not being clearer.

Dana, shall I delete the last HP rec as it's a WIP? I didn't realise they weren't allowed. I rec'd it as Cassie and the 'Draco Trilogy' are so prominent in HP - it's inspired so many spins off and artwork that if someone hasn't heard of it, they must be pretty new to the fandom. So I don't think it would be a problem just linking to the first two. They're complete and can stand alone. However, if anyone wants to read the WIP third fic they'd be able to find it easily without a link from here. Might make it easier for your admin. Feel free to delete it.

I'm cool with it being left up, and your post did contain a warning. I just wanted to be clear moving forward, since I know the email guidelines you all received did not address the point. Our bad. *g*
