Why this must be read:

This is a bit less end-of-the-world than most of the OT3 out there. Not that there's anything wrong with the end of the world, but sometimes it's nice to take a break. I love all the characterisations here. Daniel is stubborn, Jack is dense but not nearly as dense as he pretends to be, Teal'c sees all and says very little, and Carter takes her clothes off.

There is silence in the dark room behind his back, and Jack thinks that they might have finished, so perhaps he can go inside, get another beer from the fridge, make himself a bit more comfortable--

--but then Carter says Oh God very clearly, and Daniel just sort of whimpers - and Jack isn't really sure which of those makes sweat break across his skin.
