This is an AU, where ... well, you'll see what's Alternative about it when you get there.
After my last rec, I thought it would be nice to provide something to cheer people up, and this fits the bill nicely. It's another story about Bobby, this time going back to the very early days of the X-Men when the team consisted of five teenage students and their teacher.
Snow People is a sweet and clever story that's well worth a read. It's also nice to be reminded that the entire x-mutant phenomenon is, at heart, about the changes people go through during adolescence.
