Hi! I'm Sami, your Angel driver for April. I read a lot of gen and a lot of rare pairings. This month I want to focus on fics that show the inner workings of Angel Investigations.

Why this must be read: techsupport@demons.com by Perri Smith is a great gen fic that crosses over with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and is able to keep the cross over natural. The story is written entirely in emails sent to a from various characters over the course of one day. Humor and horror are poured into the mix with such skill that the email format helps to keep the mood. It has more of a Buffy groove to it but on the Angel Investigations side, it shows how much their team has grown. The Cordelia characterization is flawless. Its a good fic for those who enjoyed the crossovers with Buffy during the first season of Angel.
