Major ships:
Slash
1. Harry/Draco. By most accounts this ship is the most prevelant. I mean, the animosity!
2. Harry/Snape. Again, hate=love.
3. Harry/Neville. My personal favorite.
4. Lucius/Draco. Um, just what it says.
5. Oliver/Marcus. Locker room hi-jinks.
6. Harry/Ron. Mostly of the schmoop variety.
7. Fred/George. What?
8. Tom Riddle/Harry.
9. Hermione/Ginny. A lot of potential here.
10. Snape/Lucius
11. Sirius/Remus. OTP!!1!!one!
het
1. Harry/Hermione. Be wary of this paring. Much badfic exists.
2. Ron/Hermione. Closer to canon, and becoming more popular.
3. Draco/Ginny. Ginny gets around.
4. Draco/Hermione.....I just don’t know why either.
5. Snape/Hermione. *facepalms*
6. Tom Riddle/Ginny

Harry dreams that Sirius is being tortured at the Ministry of Magic. Umbridge is dragged away by centaurs (hopefully to be ripped apart as slowly as possible), and Harry’s friends stand by him.
Harry, Ron, Hermione, Neville, Luna, and Ginny search for Sirius. They discover a room filled with prophecies, one bearing Harry’s name. Lucius Malfoy and Bellatrix arrive with other Death Eaters. The OotP arrives to help, many are injured. Neville is attacked by the woman who drove his parents insane. Harry is willing to give the Death Eaters the prophecy to save Neville. Voldemort appears. Bellatrix goes after Sirius. Sirius falls through the Veil.
Voldemort is cast out by Dumbledore. Harry is unconsolable. Dumbledore tells Harry about the prophecy. Neville could be the one meant to kill Voldemort...or be killed by him. Harry is taken back to the Dursleys.
Major ships:
Slash
1. Harry/Draco. By most accounts this ship is the most prevelant. I mean, the animosity!
2. Harry/Snape. Again, hate=love.
3. Harry/Neville. My personal favorite.
4. Lucius/Draco. Um, just what it says.
5. Oliver/Marcus. Locker room hi-jinks.
6. Harry/Ron. Mostly of the schmoop variety.
7. Fred/George. What?
8. Tom Riddle/Harry.
9. Hermione/Ginny. A lot of potential here.
10. Snape/Lucius
11. Sirius/Remus. OTP!!1!!one!
het
1. Harry/Hermione. Be wary of this paring. Much badfic exists.
2. Ron/Hermione. Closer to canon, and becoming more popular.
3. Draco/Ginny. Ginny gets around.
4. Draco/Hermione.....I just don’t know why either.
5. Snape/Hermione. *facepalms*
6. Tom Riddle/Ginny

(someone else was trying to point this out)... you define "The Order of the Phoenix" in the "key terms" list, but it's also on the "not so major characters" list, where there's a colon with nothing after it.
I'm wondering a bit about Snape and the pairings listing. You list Snape/Harry and Snape/Hermione, which are undoubtedly the biggest two, but there's a vast amount of "miscellaneous" Snape slash, what with the three waves of the SSFF (Severus Snape Fuh-Q Fest, the mother of all such...) and it includes a lot of the best written and most interesting fic in the fandom, including a lot by writers who are already known for their work in other fandoms. I don't really have a clear picture of the whole fandom, so I don't know how important it is in the total picture, but if it *is* important numerically, you could put, like "Snape/various" under slash, with a note...
In the resources list you might possible want to add Harry Potter for Grownups' "Fantastic Posts and Where to Find Them" -- "Facts, speculation, and analysis from the most dedicated fans in the Muggle world to answer all your tough questions about the Harry Potter universe. "

But the glaring omission of Harry/Ginny, *the* het ship (OMG!!11!) needs rectifying :)
