This AU is an urban fantasy with vampires and a council that watches them. This story is brilliant. Its one of those fics that you wish published stuff was as good as. There are ideas that can be sourced to other urban fantasy mythos (this is fanfic after all) and this story takes them and makes them its own. The romance is nice and I really loved this. It left me with a warm glow.
