Why this must be read: Because it takes almost a decade's worth of canon events and weaves a long, rich story in and around and through them. Because Justin and Lance are the main focus, but JC and Chris and Joey play important parts, so much so that it feels like an ensemble piece. Because Britney isn't ignored or demonized. Because Donna used each of the slashfic25 prompts--one per chapter, almost entirely in order--to tell the story and it never feels forced. But mostly because it's a story about possibilities and not giving up and love in all its forms.

Yay, I'm so happy you recced this one!! I thought of reccing it last month because it's such an awesome story, but Lance/Justin isn't really one of my favourite pairings so I didn't manage to squeeze it in.

I am behind the wheel, because what better month for it than when I'm up to my eyeballs in sparklecon stuff. I say that only partially in jest, because getting to go through all my bookmarks and see what cool stuff I can rec is always a pleasure, and really, I was chairdancing with glee that I got to rec your Lambs. =)
