Why this must be read:
"A Precise and Accurate History of Monday, Eleven Years Later" is clever and funny and smart...and, sadly, the only story Giddy's ever written in this fandom
The premise is simple: for over a decade, Crowley had been on temporary reassignment to America and had been quite content to simply get on with his life After all, he'd been busy: there were people to tempt, plants to intimidate, alcohol to drink...that sort of thing. However, Aziraphale had been assigned to America as well...and once they return to London, Aziraphale gets it into his head that the two of them should visit Adam, after which there's really nothing for it but that they get in the car and drive to Lower Tadfield.
Once there, of course, in little more than the time it takes to eat a chocolate chip cookie or three, both Demon and Angel are explaining their New Arrangement...and are maybe on the way to understanding it themselves.
