With full-time fandoms, there needs to be someone to rec every month. With enough people volunteering, that's not a chore. Generally recs are about 8-12 a month, with the opportunity to rec Cross-overs on the 15th of each month, and vids the last Friday of the month. I believe that full-time fandoms are only really required to post a minimum of one rec a week. It depends a lot on the rec'cer.
