Really gorgeous season three fic, with astonishingly spot-on characterization for everyone. It's rare to find fic written with this light a touch, and I can't remember the last time I was so disappointed that something wasn't longer. Read it.
"[Karen] listens to Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes while driving to pick [Jim] up, turns it up really loud, moves her body with his voice, taps her fingers along the steering wheel rim.
