Why this must be read:

This is a new story - not even up on the website yet - but I wanted to single it out because there are people in fandom who run screaming into the night by the mere mention of a favourite canon character paired with an original character, and in this case you would really miss out.

This is novella length and reads like superb original fiction. The omc is wonderful and easy to root for. The relationships are realistically drawn and I dare you to predict where the story eventually ends up. As a special bonus this story offers a lovely friendship between Duncan and Methos. Enjoy!

I thought WIPs were against forum policy? I for one don't appreciate getting stuck into a story and dumped part way through.

An anonymous rude comment, how nice! The story is not a WIP, it's completed - the story is only on lj so far, and I linked to the first part, all the other parts are easy enough to find on Trays journal. All you have to do is scroll down on the lj page.
