Because this is a very compelling back story for our beloved Mohinder. Because Heroes really rocks on creating compelling one-shot characters and Mira is no exception. And also because it has one of the best Mohinder voices I've ever read!
“Mira, it’s complicated. I don’t know if we can, but…I’ll try. I’ll see what I can do. It’s…” bile rose in his throat and he swallowed hard on it. “I have a roommate, so privacy is a problem, but I’ll see what I can do.”
Mira laughed. “Oh, a roommate. Yes, well, pesky things, aren’t they?”
