Why this must be read:

Cyc has a habit of producing little ficlets that I just fall in love with. Some are silly, some crack me up completely, and some - like this one - just make me envious. I love the insight into Chris's psyche with this one, love how he tries to sort out his thoughts and feelings. I love the way Buck and Ezra are also written into this one and their characterisation also. It all rings very true to me and it's a story I keep coming back to over and over again.

That - was an interesting one. I have to read it again, as I feel like I missed something somewhere with it. AS ever I delighted in the wonder that Chris has about why he's attracted to Ez and not Vin (which I have to say does often baffle me as well in the C/E stories - *grin*); I agree with you about the characterizations of Buck and Ez both - love that they are both so attuned to Chris.

Another fine choice, of course! Thanks! Now - you got 4 more days - you are gonna get us some more, right???

So, not converting you to the C/E then???? ;) Although I have to admire you very much as you give things a try when I'd probably not bother.

And I can only rec three more (there's a max of 12 a month), I shall get through them before the end of the 31st :)

well - I like good writing. And I like good stories. And I love all of the seven, just in differing degrees. At some level, every one of them, even that annoying young'un JD, as stolen a piece of my heart. Sweet Baby Vin has most of it, and Chris has the next biggest chunk which is why the two of them are my OTP, but I like reading any interpretation of them even if they're not the centers of attention. good writing, good characters - I'm okay with it.

Looking forward to the next three!!!
