Why this must be read: Because - as those in the fandom would say - it's an excellent example of a fic that's all about Teh Love :D
Set post-series, it starts with Justin in New York and Brian in Pittsburgh - with Justin trying to do his darndest to let Brian know that their relationship is still very much alive, despite the 400 miles between them. Of course, this is Brian Kinney he's dealing with. Eschewing anything that might possibly be regarded as romantic, he lets Brian know that he's thinking about him by sending him a blank e-mail. Every day.
To say anything else would spoil it, but it's a decent-sized read, the characters are in character, the sex is hot, the other characters actually have stuff to do, it's well thought-out and very well written. And very enjoyable ;)
'Plans' is actually the first in a post-series series Xie is writing. All of the stories written so far are in the LJ link above, and none of the stories are cliffhangers. The latest part, 'Families', is currently a WiP.
Definitely recommended. I've re-read 'Plans' a few times now already, and it's a relatively new fic.
