Commenting way after the fact but I just read your great overview and wanted to say I enjoyed it and you did a great job of hitting the major highlights and characters. One note, Charles died of measles, not dysentery, iirc.

Never have read the fic based on GWTW, but I'm a life long fan. I've always felt that those who have only seen the movie don't like Scarlett but those who know the book do appreciate her.
