Since I tend to be an OTP kind of girl, I don't always know where to look for good stories that break up my favourite pairings. Recently, the Saiyuki friending meme hosted bymoshesque brought me to this excellent and subtly written piece of Prince of Tennis fanfiction in which the first troubled signs of longing start to trouble Echizen Ryoma. The story moves from disturbance to yearning to fresh disturbance as Echizen realizes the potential difficulties his feelings might engender. A short, sweet story.
