Hi! I'm driving the van for The X-Files this month. I mainly read MSR and gen, so that's what I'll be reccing - but I think my main task will be trying to avoid repeat recs...

Why this must be read:

I thought I'd start it off with some brand spanking new stuff. With "X-Files 2" coming in less than three months, and lots of speculation about the state of Mulder and Scully's relationship, maidenjedi is one of the first to kick off the fic. This story (along with its Scully-POV companion) is a painful and realistic look at what could have happened to Mulder and Scully in the years after the series ended. What would they do if the world didn't need saving after all? But it's not just limited to Mulder and Scully - it's got Ma Scully, Skinner, and some others I won't spoil you for. Whether you'll be seeing the movie or not, this just needs to be read.
