Why this must be read:

Jintian wrote this story entirely from Scully's point-of-view, which makes the story feel even more intimate and immediate. She created an interesting and believable back-story for Scully, a fascinating and creepy X-File and wonderful characterizations of Mulder and Scully, along with a delightful repeat appearance of Detective Kresge, from the episode "Emily". She created a Bill Scully who isn't a hateful jerk, but is instead a guy who loves his sister and wants the best for her. You know, like Mulder loves his sister. I loved this story the first time I read it, and I believe you will as well. If you do, save it. You will want to read it again and again.

EDIT:Unfortunately, since I originally wrote this entry, the site owner has blocked the Internet Archive, thereby preventing anyone from viewing the content. I do have a copy of "God's Breath" on my hard drive. My hope is that eventually hesychasm will allow her stories to be archived again so that readers can enjoy them.
