Why this must be read: This is a great use of the established universe of Stargate Atlantis and the villains of that universe with the characters of the Magnificent Seven and the addition of the Little Britches AU where Vin and JD are children. This is a sequel to the first story that explains how they got together while this fic gets the Seven on Atlantis. All of the characters are true to themselves and the problems that they encounter are completely typical of both series. Farad is a wonderful author and she puts the reader into the situation so well; the shows flow together wonderfully. I really enjoyed this and am glad that she has continued in this AU.
