See, I do have a few shorter recs for you! I really like the way this fic was written - a feverish Trowa is being looked after by Duo in a tent, and the PoV is wonderfully hallucinogenic. Both the pilots' voices are absolutely spot-on, and it's certainly a rare-pair - I can only think of one other fic putting these two together.
It was so terribly hot, flames licking across skin like parched earth and Trowa struggled against it, had to struggle, had to move, always move because to be still was to be dead, and he wasn't dead, just hot very, very...
