This is a loosely-interconnected series of six short stories set in a universe where Blair has had a head injury. I know, I know, it's one of the oldest tropes around, but in maaaaa's hands it's a thing of rare beauty, stories that are at once deeply heartwarming and painfully bittersweet. Jim and Blair's voices are absolutely crystal-clear and perfect, and their friendship comes through bright and strong. The stories remind me a lot of having a loose tooth; it feels so good to play with it that you can't stay away, even though it's occasionally painful.
