Why this vid kicks ass: In a fandom that's heavily dominated by slash pairings, it's sometimes rare to find a video (or text) that celebrates the four young people at the centre of the story and their complicated friendships. They're not yet King Arthur, Queen Guinevere, Merlin the Magician, and Morgana, possibly crazy and a little bit evil - they're not those people yet. What they are is four unlikely friends who embody loyalty and love in the face of challenges. They fight monsters, talk to dragons, save villages, thwart evil sorcerers, and they do it because they're friends and they care for one another. This is a lovely, uplifting video that celebrates all that's best at the heart of the show.
