Why this must be read: Shananagin writes a wonderful and funny Bernard Dowd, a character missed by many fans of the Robin comic book. In this fic, she twists it up by pairing him with Kon-El, whom he meets as Connor Kent at Tim's birthday party. Tim is, understandably, not happy because Robin and Tim don't mix and he's sure Kon will blow it if he hooks up with Bernard. The fic is funny, light-hearted, but with tiny bits of angstyness. Read this one, then go read all her other Bernard fics, many of them Bernard/Tim.
