I should start my stories with the end, then do the beginning and the middle. Maybe I would get a more thoughtful first-time scene. Write and learn. I'm writing my first long piece (I'm a drabbler) and I have no clue where it's going. Not one jot. I'm pretty sure that's not the way to do it. I should probably write like Buster Keaton made his films - he'd come up with a beginning and end and figured the middle would take care of itself!
As for your stuff, I've printed a lot of it out to read. I'm hoping there might be some new stuff on the horizon...
