Why This Must Be Read:

This is arguably one of the funniest stories I have ever read in the Sentinel fandom. It is, without a doubt, Jim Ellison's worst nightmare. Not one Sandburg to deal with but four. Namely Blair and three cousins. Jim is, the poor guy, quite bewildered by the beginning and Sealie handles it with great flare and more than a little glee. It's not just a humor fic, there is a very strong plot behind it as the Sandburg penchant for attracting danger seems hereditary and the whole kit and kaboodle of them land themselves in the middle of a case involving a missing police officer and, in true Sandburg fashion, cause more than their fair share of headaches doing it.

"Yeah, I know," Jim said without turning his head. "Scary, isn’t it."

"My God, what happened? Naomi didn’t have a litter?"

"Nah, I think it is an alien plot to take over the world with cloned Sandburgs."
