Why this vid kicks ass:
This is one of the first slash vids I ever saw. (I discovered the pleasures of fannish vids only after I got DSL at home.) I love the choice of song--NIN is perfect for the vampiric nature of Angel and Spike. No matter what else they are, or what they strive to be, they're still demons. Sisbet says this was one of her first serious efforts at vidding, and that she wasn't prepared for the attention that the vid got. But I found that the images stuck with me long after I saw the vid. Besides, it seems appropriate to rec an A/S vid with Spike on Angel in season 5.
