This is a lovely fic that explores quieter moments with the boys. There's cooking, Scrabble, and Jensen taking care of Harley and Sadie. Sweet, but not saccharine.
Every Sunday, Jensen makes pancakes from a pancake mix. He wears his glasses, because Jared told him some whacked-out story about contacts popping off and getting mixed with the batter.
While the pancakes cook, Jared pushes him up on the counter and kisses him, long, languid and sweet.
When the bubbles start forming, Jensen reaches over, flips the pancake and resumes kissing Jared.
