Why this must be read:
Kronos is a really hard character to write well. The Kronos in Electric Fantasy is a connoisseur of fear, violence and paranoia, relishing in a chaos not of his own making.
"There were few people about, and those that were moving along the street seemed listless, pushing past each other with an irritability that lacked energy; and yet was no less violent and ill-meant for it. Everybody, it seemed, had a grudge against everybody else - everybody was feeling the effects of a summer which had gone on for too long. Kronos smiled to himself. He had no idea which strange inner sense had dragged him to this place, but now that he was here he felt sure that it was the place for him."
