Really good Jack/Janet fic is hard to find but this one, by Azar, is one of the best I've seen. It is not a happy fic, in fact it's heavy angst a companion to the 7th Season episode Heroes wherein Jack and Janet have been married for a number of years and now, Jack and Cassie are left to deal with the consequences and to pick up the pieces...



of losing Janet. The story is very touching and gives a fantastic view of a grieving Jack and a grieving Cassie. Azar handles the subject matter carefully and honestly and it is a wonderful tribute to Janet.
