Why this must be read: Written in response to a screencap challenge this is a wonderfully angsty new tag for Small Victories. There's a typically nasty Kinsey and a Marine who's determined to save Jack from Daniel's "unnatural desires." The writer lets us see Carter's vulnerability and jealousy but without turning her into a shrew as some slash stories tend to.
