Why this must be read:
Author’s summary: "Once upon a time, Agent Booth and Dr. Brennan had a baby."
I’m not generally a fan of baby!fic, but this is so gorgeous and funny that it grabbed me right off the bat. I love the circuitous narrative style here—daygloparker jumps in and out of different moments in the story, picking up various threads before bringing us full circle. My favorite part has to be Booth and Brennan trying to pick out a name, which goes just about as smoothly as you’d expect. In my perfect world, this is exactly how Season 7 would go down.
