Steve wakes from a horrifying dream and Danny talks him through the aftermath, having Steve describe his current surroundings and basing him in the here and now. I second this rec with bells on. This is one of my most loved go-to favorites of all my favorite H50 fics. She shows us so much in those 700 words, so beautifully.
