Why this must be watched:

Set to Carbon Leaf’s "What About Everything," this is the perfect bittersweet Babylon 5 fanvid. It’s Sheridan-centric, but stars the whole cast, with perfect choice of clips to fit the lyrics, especially on lines like "What about soldier battle scars and all the anger that they eat?" or "I think about being done, with no resume, with no one left to blame" or "What about your love to obtain?" It’s one of those vids that makes me feel vaguely like the song must have been written for the show, rather than clips from the show being fit into the song.

Hnnngh, that might be my favourite B5 video of all time. Granted, I've not seen very many, but even if I had, this would probably be among my favourites, and exactly for the reasons you mentioned, especially that 'What about your love to obtain?' part, and ofc 'What about the sun and moon and stars?' SOB SOB.

There has been a certain amount of sniffling involved in my obsessive rewatching of this vid this week, oh yes. :D I'm rather delighted by the use of Minbari and Valen for "What about aliens?" too. Oh, vid. Lovely vid.
