For my final rec, I leave you with a good old Dan/Casey story. And I do mean good. I can hardly believe it hasn't been recced already. Just exactly why didn't Dan remember he'd been to Spain? And just exactly how did he end up there?

Set in 1993, when Dan and Casey are just young things getting their start in sports. Also? Smoking hot. Seriously.

They spoke in shorthand, after a couple months. They laughed a lot.

But still, it was formal, co-workers, buddies, pals. And Casey would go home to
Lisa and would make love to her, but he didn't have control of his dreams
anymore. And they were becoming, more and more, about Dan. He'd jerk off in
the shower before he went to work, and then Dan would come in to the office and
Casey would excuse himself to the men's room where he'd jerk off again.

And now they are alone together in a hotel in Spain. Or possibly France.
