The entire series has been out on DVD for over a year. Your best bet for getting the real deal might be to look for good prices on the individual 4 volumes instead of the full set, but if you're careful about making sure that it DOES have a dub, DOES NOT have Chinese subtitles, has 4 DVDs, and (if you get the entire box set) has the tarot card extras included with it, you'll have a better likelihood of getting the US release, and yes, you should be able to find it either on the shelf or available for special order at your local anime shop or Suncoast, and if you buy it at a major chain it will definitely be legit. (You've got to be careful in small anime shops too, though; I used to go to one that definitely had a few bootlegged DVDs on their shelves, albeit only of stuff that wasn't released in the US yet, and in a separate section.)
