Mordred has a crush on Merlin who just seems so nice and helpful. And no one in the office seems to think Merlin’s seeing anyone, just that Merlin has a strange antagonistic relationship with their boss, Arthur. In a way, it’s like an office-fic from an outsider’s pov. Merlin and Arthur are trying to hide a relationship and all the clues are right there, but maybe they’re doing a better job at hiding it than we think they do.
