Thanks for the rec.
I'd forgotten about this one, inspired by a much longer Pros/Apparitions/Life on Mars/Demons story... I never claimed I was all that sane. :D

Thank you! I'd forgotten about it completely, so now I'm grinning and whistling... Drayce at her finest (she's not listening, is she? *g*).

Edited to add: I re-read what I wrote and it could have been interpreted as, 'no thanks' which was not at all how I meant it. If I were saying it out loud, the emphasis would have been on 'you' so that I was thanking you for writing it. I'm going to shut up now.

I actually read it as "no thank you" to a Pros/Apparitions/Life on Mars/Demons story which seemed like a very sane response to such a story to me. *g*

It... sort of exists. I wrote a short series of Christmas stories where Doyle "imagines" being Father Jacob from Apparitions. Somehow that then spawned off a series of stories written for flashslash where Bodie who had lost contact with Doyle accidentally stumbles across him after he's become Father Jacob... and then Sam Tyler (Life on Mars) and Rupert Galvin (Demons) sort of turned up too. It was basically posted to my flist for the amusement of my mates (Norfolkdumpling was kind enough to make me this icon as a result). There's about 10,000 words of it lying around but it still lacks one last short story to finish it completely.
*puts on list to finish*

It's more than a little cracky so I wouldn't hold your breath for it... though thanks. :D

It might well get finished but it was written as a series of flashslash so a tad uneven and in need of a good editing.
Thanks for your enthusiasm though.
