Author's Summary : Lionel Pendergast was not made for the sea.
COLONEL LIONEL PENDERGAST
This characters is one of those that I'm sure some are going "Who?!" about. He's only in six episodes and even in those he doesn't really have a big part; until that is, he dies which seems to be the way Stargate operates a lot of the times. But,stringertheory has given us a rich and vivid background to this brave Colonel we barely got to know. We get to learn his background, his motivations, his utter bravery in the face of death, and his never-ending sense of awe at the circumstances and the places in which he finds himeself. He's a man with a heart, a sense of humor, and a sense of purpose in his mission saving those serving under him and others. He's a man to be admired and missed. Sail on, Colonel, and know you'll be in our minds for long after you are gone.
