Word count is 32.5k - and yes, that's important to me, because it tells me whether to go through the process of downloading it and converting for my Kindle, or just read it online. This is definitely going on the Kindle, but I had to copy paste it to OpenOffice to find out and if it had just been 3k or so, I'd have felt annoyed! If you aren't sure of a wordcount, copy paste to Word, OpenOffice, etc. and use the tools menu to find out.
