Why this must be read:

Wanted to do this one last because it's the cute (utterly cute), quiet, sweet story of Daniel and Jack just adoring each other, which is everything I love most about this pairing. They snip, they gripe, the get annoyed, but they also care about each other a whole, whole lot. I like them here, I like who they are to each other, I like that Daniel isn't always sure of himself and that Jack recognizes that and shows him who he is. She shows you how they work as a team, even though the only characters she shows are Daniel and Jack. Good times, people. Good times.

That, and what Jack writes on Daniel brings tears to my eyes.
