Why this must be read:

Emphasis should be on fics that you feel are especially outstanding and accessible examples of your fandom, e.g. it plays on a repeated theme in the show, it's a fandom or a personal favourite, it was a controversial fic, it's good smut. Whatever.

Warnings are not required beyond what the author has posted on their own stories.

Are we allowed to pimp more than one fandom? Because I already left a comment for Due South but I'd love to take a turn for Buffy. Also, is this going to include Angel?

You are, silly!! Once you took Buffy for the initial month, this page was posted for people to sign up for slots after you. Unless you want to pimp Buffy foreva and eva? ;)

We'd *love* it if you pimped as many fandoms as you like! These sign-up sheets are months beginning November 2003. So, you'll be doing Buffy in November.

At this point no one has laid claim to Angel for October, so if you want him you've got to do a little more. Read this (http://www.livejournal.com/community/crack_van/401.html) and let me know if you have questions.

Oops! I think I misunderstood your question. Angel can appear in this thread if the fic includes Buffy. If it's straight L.A. Angel, then he needs his own fandom. :)

Okay, I guess since you haven't contacted me about Due South or Buffy someone else is doing those for October so I'll sign up for Angel for October.

This means I'll need to do a synopsis as well right? I'm totally cool with that as well.

Yeah, sorry things are a little confused right now, but here (http://www.livejournal.com/community/crack_van/401.html?page=2) is where you go to claim a fandom (Angel) for October. Please do that, just to make it official.

Now that I know the Angel fandom's covered, I'll put up one of these sign-up sheets for subsequent volunteers.

You should check out the overviews that have already been turned in - they're saved in memories. But they're all really fun reads, and may give you some ideas about how you want to do yours. Anyway, it seems most of them are warning for major spoilers in the header and then giving quite a lot of detail about the shows.
