Why this must be read: Another very important part of my fandom is sex, godammit, sex power. Three of the brightest, snarkiest and sexiest women on telly, in a strip-club stand-off of a fic that shows you how rampantly sexual, in-character show downs should be done. It was so hard to pick just one of these Cordy/Faith fics but I said to myself 'hey, all the others are linked in the sidebar so stop bleeding angsting about it'. I chose this because YAY LILAH and also YAY LAPDANCING. And also because this is fine writing with refreshingly sharp lines, tight characterisation and has Queen C at her owningest best.

"You know her?" Lilah asks, idly, though fully versed in the life and times of Cordelia Chase, former cheerleader and May Queen. Accepted into every college she applied for, though Daddy's money didn't stretch that far, thanks to a small tax evasion problem. Pity, that girl could've gone far.

"Kind of an enemy of an enemy. She had a thing for my Watcher and I fucked her ex-boyfriend."

"But you really wanted to fuck her, instead of him." Not a question, but a statement of fact.
