Post a comment below to take a turn pimping any or all of the Star Trek fandoms. A week in advance of your assigned month you will be notified with a reply to your comment. During that time, you agree to post a minimum of 1 fic per week in the following format:

Subject: Title by Author (Rating)

Fandom: YOUR FANDOM
Pairing: (no abbreviations, please)
Author on LJ: (if applicable)
Author Website: (author's fics, if available)
Why this must be read:

Emphasis should be on fics that you feel are especially outstanding and accessible examples of your fandom, e.g. it plays on a repeated theme in the show, it's a fandom or a personal favourite, it was a controversial fic, it's good smut. Whatever.

Warnings are not required beyond what the author has posted on their own stories.

I'm glad you combined the different Trek fandoms! In my mind I haven't read enough in any one fandom but with them combined I feel I could make some good recs for TNG and Voyager.

I'll volunteer to take a turn at various Trek fandom recommendations...I don't think any from the original series have been posted yet (come on, Kirk/Spock was where the term "slash" originated!). And I can think of a couple good TNG and Voyager stories, as well....

Hey there -- I would love to help out with Trek -- I have LOADS of DS9 and VOY recs, and not a few TNG as well. I can also fake my way through K/S and some other TOS, so, yeah, anything but gorram Enterprise. *g*

I believe I was supposed to do TNG for a month in January, and I completely spaced on it. Mea culpa-- I was in the seventh month of my pregnancy then and it seemed to have fried my brain.

Where are the Trek recs going? I can't find any Memories pointers to general Trek franchise-- just the individual series, and, except for Enterprise, hardly any of that.

I'd like to take a month if you'd still have me, but I can only do TNG, DS9 and VOY-- no TOS or ENT. I'm also, as I warned the first time, likely to be heavy on Q fics, since that's my area of specialization.

Am I mistaken in thinking that there hasn't been a general overview for ST: Voyager? I'll volunteer for that if you like, and if you don't mind me asking for advice on how to do technical stuff (like putting thumbnails in the post).

I'd also like to volunteer for reccing, though it will specifically be Voyager.
