We Are Not Amused by Sue Walsh (NC-17)
Fandom: QUEER AS FOLK: UK
Pairing: Mention of Vince/Cameron; Stuart/Vince
Author on LJ: Unknown
Author Website: Sue Walsh's stories on Across the Pond
Why this must be read:
Stuart gets tired of Cameron's presence in Vince's life and takes action. Isn't that tantalizing enough?
"I see. You were both in the shower. At the same time."
"That's right. There's this part on my backside that I can't quite reach." Stuart offered, with one of his smiles reserved for fools.
"I see. The Victoria and Albert supplies each room with several amenities for the comfort and convenience of its guests, including a back scrubber. Was there not one in your room when you checked in?"
Stuart grinned and nudged me with his elbow. "See Vince, I told you we weren't using that for its intended purpose. It's for scrubbing backs."
I was turning beet red. I knew I was, but there's no stopping Stuart once he get's started.
"I thought, while you were doing it, Vince, that it didn't feel quite right."
I wanted to curl up into a little ball and disappear. I did. The hotel manager, though attempting to look stoic and managerial, was also turning different shades of pink. And Stuart was enjoying every moment of both our discomfort.
"Hey, I wonder if we got that soap and rope thing wrong, too." Stuart exclaimed with obvious delight.
The manager's faced changed, finally appearing abashed. Thank God. If he'd kept up the imperturbable attitude, Stuart would have just gone into greater and more lurid detail. I adore the last two lines of the story; I heave a contented sigh every time I read them.

I have an absolute love for what I consider the greatest lovestory of all time - Stuart/Vince and this was great.

Stay tuned for my next rec, to be posted later this evening; it's one of my all-time faves, and it makes me howl with laughter every time I re-read it.
