Why this must be read: Originally published in the zine Turned To Fire. This is one of those stories that I almost wish was longer, but it works perfectly being as short as it is. It shows the love between the two men, and the bond they share no matter what. It's got hurt/comfort, love, humor, and the ending makes me giggle every time I read it. It's serious and sappy at the same time. Stories this short tend to leave the reader wanting, but this one is so well written that you don't need any more explanation then what's given.

I have the same thought all the time! I'm constantly coming across some fic that I've never read before and wondering how it slipped past me before.
