Why this vid kicks ass:

This was one of the first Atlantis songvids, and while there have been storming ones made so far, this was the first I watched and this one will always hold a fond place in my affections. And since I only get one rec, this is the one it is.

In terms of the vid itself, the pacing is good, the images well selected and the song - Holding Out for a Hero by Frou Frou - is just perfect for McKay.
