Why this must be read: Because I can't rec Enterprise without reccing at least one of nostalgia's fics. She writes short (sometimes extremely short) fics that nearly always have more emotional impact than anything else in the fandom. This one's a sharp little piece about linguistic prodigy Hoshi Sato losing her language ability.
I've picked one of my favorite nostalgia fics, but I suggest hopping over to her site and reading everything there, whether it's Enterprise, Doctor Who, DS9, Voyager, Buffyverse...
