Why this must be read:

As I said in my initial feedback to tkp, this fic is "visceral in the most literal way. I'm mostly at a total loss for words but this is the kind of fic that makes me say, 'Damn! I wish I wrote that!'"

Angel muses on the blood of his various "donors" over the many years. This fic is extraordinarily insightful and well written, dark gen. For me? There is no greater love :).
