Why this must be read:
On The West Wing, Ann Stark was just a one-episode sneaky Republican that had been friends with Toby for a really long time. Ellen Milholland has taken the character and fleshed her out into a fallible, sensual woman. You can hear the characters speaking the dialogue and the sexual give-and-take between CJ and Ann is so palpable you can practically feel it through the screen. Definitely worth the read.
